If you are a new student who cannot log in to Moodle:

  1. Check that you are using the correct RGU email address as your username

  2. Check your email for a message with the subject line Confirmation of Enrolment to confirm that you have fully completed enrolment

 

Still having problems? Please contact the VLE Helpdesk at moodle@rgu.ac.uk with your full name, RGU student number, and any relevant error messages (either copied text or screenshot).

TIPS:

  • Do you see a UPN error message? This sometimes happens if you change your name or have been assigned two accounts by mistake.

  • Did you have Moodle access initially, but not now? This usually means you have not fully completed enrolment.

  • Are you enrolled in a degree and a Short Course? You need to fully complete both enrolments.

  • Do you owe any library fines or tuition fees? An unpaid debt to the University can lead to your account being locked.
