If you are a new student who cannot log in to Moodle:
Check that you are using the correct RGU email address as your username
Check your email for a message with the subject line Confirmation of Enrolment to confirm that you have fully completed enrolment
Still having problems? Please contact the VLE Helpdesk at moodle@rgu.ac.uk with your full name, RGU student number, and any relevant error messages (either copied text or screenshot).
TIPS:
Do you see a UPN error message? This sometimes happens if you change your name or have been assigned two accounts by mistake.
Did you have Moodle access initially, but not now? This usually means you have not fully completed enrolment.
Are you enrolled in a degree and a Short Course? You need to fully complete both enrolments.
Do you owe any library fines or tuition fees? An unpaid debt to the University can lead to your account being locked.
